Data protection rights

How to contact us about your data and exercise your rights.

1. Access, correction and erasure

Subject to the GDPR requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Your account also provides data export and account deletion. Cancelling a subscription stops renewal of the paid plan; it does not automatically delete the account or public e-labels.

2. Objection and withdrawal

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Consent can be withdrawn for the future.

3. Requests and deadlines

Write to the contact below, identifying the account and your request without sending passwords. We generally respond within one month. If an extension of up to two further months is necessary, we explain it within the first month. Where there are reasonable doubts about identity, we may request additional proportionate information to identify you.

4. Complaints and further information

You can complain to a competent data protection authority independently of contacting us. The privacy notice provides information about the Berlin authority, data recipients, legal bases and retention.
